The study programme includes courses that could be integrated within the four jurisdictional orders (civil, criminal, contentious-administrative and social), analysing both extrajudicial and judicial aspects.

Cross-curricular courses necessary for legal practice and legal representation will also be covered, including professional ethics, professional practice, and the organisation of the Bar. Lastly, specific legal and representation practice courses are addressed. This is the case for Public Speaking and Witness Examination Techniques, Communication and Execution Acts and Records.

This structure is intended, on the one hand, to combine general training in the competencies, skills, and attitudes required for the practice of law and procurement and, on the other hand, its application to more specific areas of material specialisation. Work placements allow the transfer of the learning outcomes achieved.

Additionally, External Academic Internships will allow, combining both academic aspects, the translation of the learning outcomes achieved in the previous subjects to a real professional experience, conceiving the Master's Thesis as an activity aimed at reflecting the student's training experience in the form of a dossier, a report on a specific case or a report or study, in which the knowledge acquired during the Master's course is applied and developed. The workload assigned to the Master's Thesis is 6 credits and must be oriented to the application of the general competencies associated with the degree.
