Entrepreneurship and Technology Innovation Center (ETIC)

The Entrepreneurship and Technology Innovation Center (ETIC) is the New York Institute of Technology’s hub for fostering discovery, cultivating new businesses and products, and trailblazing fresh ideas in technology, engineering, and applied science. By broadening partnerships among industry, the academic community, and professional organizations, the ETIC seeks to make a difference in the critical areas of IT and cybersecurity, bioengineering and medical devices, and energy and green technologies.

Working in the ETIC’s 8,000 square feet of state-of-the-art labs and facilities, students work with partner companies and investor networks, helping them become transformative leaders in the field.

Applied Research and Scholarship:

New York Institute of Technology’s research efforts is receiving unprecedented funding from national agencies and through internal funding efforts. The university’s expertise in areas such as cybersecurity, robotics, implantable/wearable technologies, medicine, health care, sustainability, and more are bolstering NYIT’s growing reputation for providing innovative technology solutions for real-world problems.
