Introduction
The Master's Program provides an in-depth scientific education of advanced law, as well as its disciplines and applications: international law, criminal law, criminology, legal philosophy, international private law, economic criminal law, estate planning, social insurance, etc.
The students acquire the ability to work independently, scientific and practical.
The course of studies is based on current research discourses and basic decisions as well as modern learning methods. The Master of Law is conceived according to the guidelines of the legal education at Swiss university universities and built up according to the Bologna reform.

Entrance Requirements
All Bachelor of Law (BLaw) from a Swiss or foreign university are accepted. For Bachelor of Law foreign law can be made requirements for admission.
linguistic proficiency
The course is currently only in German. Very good knowledge of this language is therefore indispensable. In some modules basic knowledge is required in English, Italian and French.
module credits
Equivalent studies carried out at universities can be calculated provided that they have been completed a maximum of five years and have been completed with a sufficient grade and have not already been used to acquire a Bachelor's degree. The corresponding grade is included in the score. At least 60 of the 90 ECTS credits required for the Master must have been acquired in a course of study at FernUni Switzerland.
