The Ph.D. in Law and Regulation is designed to pursue Ph.D. research at the intersection of law, social sciences, business, and technology. The PhD in Law and Regulation is designed to pursue PhD research at the intersection of law, social sciences, business, and technology at HEC Law and Tax Department. This vibrant academic environment allows Ph.D. students to grow as researchers and obtain jobs in top academic institutions at the end of the Ph.D. program.

The focus of the Dance Studies program is to pursue dance research in preparation for careers in academia or the cultural sector. Employment possibilities for graduates range from teaching in post-secondary education to work in archives and museums, arts administration, publishing, journalism and the media.

The educational program for the preparation of a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) has a scientific and pedagogical orientation, the purpose of which is fundamental, educational, methodological, and research training and in-depth study of the disciplines of legal sciences for the system of higher and postgraduate education.

The Ph.D. in Law prepares graduates for global leadership in the judiciary, academia, business, and government. Since 1966, the program has offered a select number of diverse students the opportunity to attain their highest professional aspirations and career goals.

Apply theoretical expertise and methodological rigor to explore critical social problems and become an authority in your chosen area of study with a PhD in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany.

The PhD is awarded after three to four years of full-time research on the basis of a dissertation of 80,000 words (exclusive of footnotes, appendices and bibliography, but subject to an overall word limit of 100,000 words exclusive of bibliography, table of contents and any other preliminary matter). Examination for the PhD involves an oral examination (viva) by two examiners.

The awarded degree in recognition of the completion of the requirements of this program is "Doctorate of Philosophy in Law", and it will be offered in Arabic. However, there will be an opportunity for the students to specialize in one branch of law through the elective courses studied and the subject of the dissertation which they will argue/defend. The Program will be offered at UAEU in Al Ain campus.

Train human resources with a high academic level, capable of carrying out original and innovative scientific research, of applying knowledge and carrying out quality teaching activities in the undergraduate and graduate studies in Law, to promote the development of legal science.

Created by the National Episcopal Conference of Congo and canonically erected by the Congregation for Catholic Education, the Faculty of Canon Law intends to promote in-depth teaching and rigorous research in canon science in harmony with Roman law, modern civil law and African customs.
