Ph.D. programme is a post-graduate study-programme that combines an advanced law formation and research in European and International law. Tuition and research are supervised by internationally experienced academics. -

The objective of the doctoral program of study “Theoretical Legal Sciences – Law and Legal Theory in European Context” is that specialists and academics with a scientific approach to solving theoretical and practical issues within one or more scientific legal fields will pursue scientific creative activities and study. Graduates of the doctoral program of study “Theoretical Legal Sciences – Law and Legal Theory in European Context” will have enhanced their qualifications and expanded and deepened their knowledge in a particular field of legal science in such a way that they will have attempted to form or identify the theoretical basis of the respective field by analyzing their practical experience and knowledge. -
