The LL.M. in Franco-German and European Business Law is taught in French, in German and in English. During the two years of the program – the first on the campus of the Faculty of Law of the University of Passau in Germany and the second on the Paris campus of the Faculty of Law of the UCL –, students specialize on various topics in Business Law, in French, German and European legal spheres.
The LL.M. in international & European business & competition law offers a specialization in business law, in particular, competition law, contract law, company, and insolvency law. This program provides a significant percentage of lessons in English (about 50%) by teachers and practitioners with a solid international business experience.

Distinguished Visiting Professors teach in this bilingual master (English/French), allowing students to acquire a global vision in the field of international legal studies.
